Didier Awadi has a dream: To collaborate with hip hop African artists from all over Africa and the world, and to explore the power of music to make panAfricanism a reality. This film follows Awadi as he collaborates with activist artists such as Smockey (Burkina Faso), M-1 of Dead Prez (United States) and ZuluBoy (South Africa). It also traces the history of black leadership including that of Kwame Nkrumah, Thomas Sankara, Malcolm X to Cheikh Antah Diop, in and out of Africa and the influence music has had to make change.
